Low impact water training.
These one-on-one sessions provide the perfect balance of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. Because water offers more resistance then air, our sessions are focused on bringing the same exercises you do on land to the water. Due to the low impact nature of the water, you can burn calories and build muscle while being gentle on your bones and joints.
