Service Description

Let this be the year you get rid of the fear! This is a beginners class that focuses on 4 fundamental skills: Breathing, Water Submersion, Floating, and Treading. These small group swim lessons for adults 21 and up. Max participants 4. Lessons will be held at the LA Fitness located at 6088 Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA 30035. You will not need an LA Fitness membership. Participants will enter the facility as my guest. For more information, please contact me directly through Lifestyle Aquatics website.
